FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. What does the rental include at in Encanto Gardens?  6 hour venue rental, black, white, or ivory table linen, if any other colors are in stock you may use those too, Rectangle tables, round tables, chairs included, bluetooth speakers, mic, chair covers, 130in white sheer drapery, wifi, small kitchen countertop, refrigerator, prep sink, unisex restroom with essentials, big windows with tons of natural light, Buffet counter.

     

  2. What dates are available ? Contact us to inquire about dates.

     

  3. Can I choose any time to have my event? Monday - Friday and Sunday are open time frames for all events. Saturday times are 4 hour, 6 hour, 8 hour or 12 hour. For every extra hour after your time slot is $100.

     

  4. Can I serve alcohol? You can serve alcohol as long as it is being given for free and not charged for. You my have an alcohol license or certified bartender which we also provided. Any outside bartender or caterer will need to show proof of license to serve alcohol. Security for evening events will be included in your fee if you will have alcohol on the premises. (security is provided by the venue).

     

  5. Do you offer a cleaning service?  Yes we clean up after your event.

     

  6. Do you require a deposit ? Yes we do require a 30% reservation fee (non-refundable). Plus a ($150 refundable security deposit). The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event. Some payments will have a tax charge.

     

7. Do you allow outside catering or Dj? Yes we do.​

8. Am I allowed to bring in things early? You are allowed to bring in items no earlier than 30 minutes before you're event. No you are not allowed to bring things in anytime before that 30 min interval. Unless you're bringing in an item that was discussed with staff member or management.

9. How long do we have to exit the building ? 5 minutes. If you are still using the building after your event end time you will be charged an additional $150 which we will take from your deposit no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy 

Our 30% date-hold its non-refundable. 

Two weeks prior to event. No space rental payment(s) will be refunded.

If the client reschedules an event within 45 days of original event date, client must make payment in full. If the client or client's event is impacted by COVID-19, the date and payments made, may be rescheduled one time within a 13 months of original event date, no refunds will be provided. 

The event of a government required shutdown, payments made will serve as a credit for the rescheduled event.
